 We understand the challenges of checking in on contractors when you are away. Even a small project or maintenance visit can be a big hassle. We can be your eyes and ears when you're out of town, providing you with a single point of contact.

 We can oversee your current cleaning company or provide touchup services. We are also able to coordinate these services if you do not have a complete solution. Some of the tasks we manage include setting up patio furniture, cleaning the boathouse, docks, and storage areas, maintaining swim locations, fueling up toys and boats, stocking bars and refrigerators, taking out the trash, inflating inflatables, and more. 

 Whether you want live entertainment from a DJ, a one-man band, or a full band, we can coordinate a night of entertainment for you. We also have expertise in home electronic systems, such as wireless networks, whole home audiovisual, and home theater systems. Where is Tipton, MO?

 Tipton is located on Highways 5 and 50, just a short drive from the lake. Many of our residents frequently visit the Lake of the Ozarks or own homes there. Our community is known for its great people, excellent school, and fantastic high school sports. Clint Miller, the owner, was born and raised in Tipton and is happy to call West Fork Lake home. As you drive to the Lake of the Ozarks, you may have noticed our iconic 8 Ball Tower when entering town. Perhaps you've even stopped at the Dutch Bakery for deli meats and cheeses or purchased lake house furniture there. And don't forget to try the big juicy hamburgers and fries at 5&50 Drive In. If you need a tire changed, my buddy Lil Flash can help you out at Tipton 66. We get our news from the Tipton Times, our candles from the Candle Factory, and our money goes to the Tipton Latham Bank. Most importantly, the people here are smart, friendly, and trustworthy. We support each other, bring cakes when someone is sick, and extend that same great service and friendly personality to your lake house.
